Installation Steps
Visit our Download page and get the latest version of UnlockTool Pro.
Run the installer as Administrator and follow the on-screen instructions.
Choose your preferred installation directory when prompted.
After installation, open UnlockTool and go to Drivers → Install All Drivers.
This will install necessary USB drivers for various device brands.
License Activation
Visit our Pricing page and choose a license that fits your needs.
After payment, you'll receive an activation code via email.
Open UnlockTool Pro and click on the License tab.
Enter your activation code and click Activate.
After activation, you can check your license status in the License tab.
It will show your license type, expiration date, and remaining credits.
Samsung Device Operations
For most Samsung operations, you need to boot the device into Download Mode:
- Power off the device completely
- Press and hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons simultaneously
- When warning screen appears, press Volume Up to continue
In UnlockTool, select Samsung from the brand list.
Choose your device model and the operation you want to perform.
Connect your device in Download Mode via USB cable.
Click the operation button (e.g., "Remove FRP", "Factory Reset") and wait for completion.
The tool will show progress and final result.
MediaTek Operations
For MediaTek devices, you need to connect in BROM mode:
- Power off the device completely
- Remove and reinsert the battery (if removable)
- Press and hold Volume Down or Volume Up (varies by model)
- Connect USB cable while holding the button
Qualcomm Operations
For Qualcomm devices, use EDL (Emergency Download) mode:
- Power off the device
- Press and hold specific key combination (varies by model)
- Common combinations: Volume Up + Volume Down + Power
- Device should be detected as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- Try a different USB cable
- Use USB 2.0 port instead of USB 3.0
- Reinstall USB drivers from UnlockTool
- Check if device is in correct mode (Download/BROM/EDL)
- Ensure you're using the latest UnlockTool version
- Check if your license has sufficient credits
- Verify device model compatibility
- Try different USB port on your computer
- Run as Administrator
- Add UnlockTool to antivirus exceptions
- Update .NET Framework to latest version
- Reinstall the application
